Rest. Reflect. Reset workshop

A relaxed and supportive workshop focused on improving sleep and overall wellbeing.

We’ll explore sleep hygiene, sleep and simple, realistic ways to create a healthier bedtime routine. 

Then move on to creative journalling activity, using both words and images to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and sleep patterns in a way that feels natural to you.

To finish, we’ll use music and creativity to help calm the mind and body, exploring how sound can support relaxation and better rest.

🌸 Spring Is Coming: Wellness Session

Wednesday 18th February 

A creative and nurturing session focused on reflection, self-kindness, and gentle self-care.

Activities include:

  • Paper bouquet crafting – create your own spring bouquet

  • Compliment jars – write kind words for yourself or others to take home

  • Self-care menu – choose 2–3 small acts to try this week

  • Relaxation meditation with a soothing rose tea drink

Mindfulness & Body Awareness Workshop (Free Community Event)

Take some time to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore simple practices to bring more calm, balance, and presence into your day. This free session is open to all community members and will gently guide you through:

Body Scan Meditation – relax and notice physical sensations.

  • Grounding with Crystals – use touch and breath to stay present.

  • Colouring Emotions & Sensations – map how feelings show up in the body.

  • Mindful Chocolate Eating – slow down and savour the moment.

No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind. 🧘‍♀️🍫
