How to Locate Our Building

Our counselling centre is situated above Los Sentidos Loca restaurant, right next to the new Fettlers construction site in Wigan town centre.

🔹 Important: Our entrance is not on Market Street.

To access the building:

• Walk onto Hallgate

• Go between Los Sentidos Loca restaurant and the pink building

• Enter the alleyway

• You will find our EWG door in the alley

• Press the reception buzzer to be buzzed in

If you’re unsure, please take your time — many visitors find us easily once on Hallgate.

Getting to Us by Public Transport

By Train

EWG is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from Wigan North Western and Wigan Wallgate train stations, both of which have regular services from Manchester, Liverpool, Bolton, and surrounding areas.

From either station:

• Head towards Wigan town centre

• Walk towards Market Street / Hallgate

• Follow the instructions above to locate our entrance

By Bus

Wigan Bus Station is just a short walk away, with frequent services from across Wigan and neighbouring areas. From the bus station, head towards Market Street, then onto Hallgate.

Parking Information

There are several public car parks near EWG, including:

• Town centre car parks within 5–10 minutes walking distance

• On-street parking (subject to local restrictions)

We recommend allowing a little extra time to park, especially during busy town centre hours.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment

• Our reception team will buzz you in when you press the buzzer
