Our therapy rooms for hire provide a quiet, comfortable, and confidential environment, making it suitable for talking therapies, relationship counselling, and one-to-one support. The Maple Room is available for flexible counselling room hire in Wigan, making it an excellent choice for practitioners looking for a welcoming and professional space to see clients.

Room Maple

The Maple Room is a calm, professionally furnished counselling room decorated in soothing blue tones to help clients feel relaxed and at ease. The space is ideally suited for private counsellors, therapists, and mental health professionals offering individual or couples counselling sessions.

Room Oak

The Oak Room is a bright, welcoming counselling room designed with warm tan and soft orange tones to create a comfortable and reassuring environment for both counsellors and clients. The space is ideal for private counsellors, therapists, and mental health professionals offering individual or couples counselling.

Wellbeing Room: Elm Single or double room use.

This versatile room for hire can be used as a double room for training sessions, meetings, workshops, or wellness activities, or as a private counselling room for one-to-one or couples therapy. The space is ideal for counsellors, therapists, trainers, and wellbeing professionals looking for a flexible, professional environment.

Elm double room bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours. In the Elm Wellbeing room, you are welcome to utilise the yoga mats, projector and art supplies that are included with the room.

The space can be altered and changed to suit your sessions, whether this be group therapy, mindfulness/relaxation sessions, yoga classes or any other wellbeing session you may wish to plan.

Pricing Information:

Counselling Rooms: OAK AND MAPLE:

All room bookings come with the use of our facilities including WIFI access, kitchen use and all utility bills covered.

- Adhoc* - £8.50 per hour (plus 15 minutes either side) / Double use Elm £15.00 per hour

- full day £30 per week available Monday to Wednesday 10:30am to 8:30pm

-2 days £50 per week - this booking option gives you access to the building outside of our opening hours to allow for flexibility as well as access to our all of our facilities and free use of the wellbeing/ training room.

- Full time rental £400 per month - This monthly booking gives you access to the room plus free use of our wellbeing/ training room. For full room rentals the room can be accessed outside of our opening times to give you all round access you will have a key to the building and there are intercoms in each of the rooms for access.

*PLEASE BE AWARE FOR ADHOC BOOKING ACCESS THERE IS A MONTHLY ADMIN FEE OF £8.00.

Wellbeing Room: ELM DOUBLE USE

- Minimum booking of 2 hours - £30.

- Full day booking - £50.
