Here at EWG we offer mental health support and guidance through groups and one to one counselling. However we believe that whether you use this support, or go it alone on your mental health journey, the key is to keep working at it!
One fundamental step is to start learning about self care - Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your physical health and mental health. When it comes to your mental health, self-care can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy.
If you decide to join the Healing Rooms you will have access to many of our articles, tips and tools to improve your self care and your mental health. Gain insights in to why you might have certain feelings or reactions, learn about ways to change or cope with different situations and explore what self care might look like for you.
You will also have access to events across the year that will focus on wellbeing, self care and connection either online or within Greater Manchester, all included within the subscription that comes with your regular donation.
Regular supported also receive updates on how your ongoing donations are improving our services and the beneficial impact that this having on our community, all included in our monthly newsletter.
