EWG Live Chat Service

EWG chat is a free and confidential counselling service for anyone in the North West of England who is looking for support with their mental health, with their relationships, or if you just want to talk. Our service is an online drop in service where you can chat with one of our real and qualified counsellors one to one for 30 minutes.

Our Live Chat is Open:
Every Thursday from 6:30pm-8:30pm

To access this free service, simply come back to our website at 6:30pm on Thursday evenings, where a chat box will appear. Simply fill in your details, such as your name, or a username if you prefer, then you will be connected to one of our counsellors.

How to access Our Live Chat.

To start a live chat, simply click on the chat icon that will appear at the bottom right of the screen. when you click on this icon, you will be able to enter your name, or a username if you prefer, then you will be connected to one of our counsellors.

Our live chat is free and completely confidential - only our counsellors can see your messages.

EWG will not share information from the relationship Live Chats with anyone outside the organisation unless you let us know, or we become aware that you or someonel else is at immediate risk of harm.

If we become concerned, we will always endevour to explain that we do need to pass the concerns to the relevant form of support or help unless by doing so, this would increase the level of risk to you or to someone else. See our service information for more details..
